Thorens Music Box links:

Note: This site is about the record players.....mainly those that were produced from the TD124 and later.  However I do get emails from individuals seeking information about Thorens music boxes.  It is important to note that the company founder, Hermann Thorens began the business in the 19th century  making music boxes and the spring motors that powered them.  So far I have only the one link, but I will add links as they become known to me.

http://www.thorensad30.com/ This site discusses the Thorens 4-1/2 inch metal disc players made by Thorens from the late 1800's up to 1986 when the mechanical music box portion of the Thorens business was taken over by Reuge SA, also in Sainte-Croix, Switzerland.

At The Music Box Repair Center Unlimited, The proprietor, Don Caine would like to mention that he does stock all replacement parts for the Thorens AD30  4-1/2 inch players as well as over 180 different tune selections for those machines.....
