A Thorens TD150 Mk II. Owner William Price.
"This is my Thorens TD150 MkII that I bought off Ebay for $57. I stripped off the tonearm, arm lift mechanism, and speed changer mechanism. I then used Dynamat Extreme to dampen the plinth and inner platter. The bottom plate is made from .5" MDF board and the whole setup sits on Audioquest Bigfeet. With a lot of help and suggestions from Bobbo the Soundnut, I fitted a Linn Basik LVX tonearm. I used the original armboard. The cartridge is a Shure V15VxMR, which seems to be a great match for this arm."
