Anti-Static method?- just a passing thought.
-While I was messing around with diy speaker cables someone over at
audioasylum / cables suggested that I try this anti-static spray as a
final tweak . I found this product at my local grocery store among the
laundry detergents. I lightly spray the carpets with it in the area
surrounding the audio system. First thing I noticed is the aroma.
Perhaps your wife might like it. Then the aroma loses its power. The
second thing I noticed was that the usual static I deal with while
handling records at the turntable completely went away!
