This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the rules for the use of the User’s personal data and applies to all information posted on the Website that the Website Administration and/or visitors to the Website may obtain about the User while using the Website, its services, programs, and products.

TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

  • approving the procedure for destroying information;
  • identifying and eliminating violations of personal data protection requirements;
  • conducting preventive work with employees to prevent them from disclosing personal data.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The user is obliged to:

  • Provide the personal data necessary to use the Site.

The Site administration is obliged to:

  • Ensure the storage of personal data in secret, not to disclose it without the prior written consent of the User, and not to distribute it in any way, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy and legislation.
  • Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data.
  • Block the User’s Personal Data or ensure that it is blocked if its unlawful processing is detected.
  • Upon the User’s request, make the necessary changes to their Personal Data if it is incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date within the time frame established by law.
  • Upon the User’s request and upon the provision of information confirming that the Personal Data has been obtained illegally or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, destroy such personal data within the time frame established by law.

LIABILITY

  • The Site Administration is liable for losses caused to the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  • In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration shall not be liable if such data:
  • Became public knowledge prior to its loss or disclosure.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Compliance with the claims procedure prior to referring disputes arising between the Administration and Users to court is mandatory.
  • The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of its consideration within 10 working days of receiving it.

MISCELLANEOUS

The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of Users. These changes shall take effect from the moment they are posted on the Site and shall apply to all Users.
